Our toes curl at the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own 'large print' version. Payment Terms and Refunds
Sucess Fee
If you are a removal company, you agree to pay FindRemovalCompanies.com a success fee for any work secured through the service provided by us. Removal work is considered secured if after quoting, messaging or contacting the client via the website you are paid for some or all of the job advertised or similar or related work.
The success fee is calculated at 5% of the total value of the job. From time to time we may change this fee with 14 days notice via email. Although we will notify you of any fee changes it is your responsibility to check and know the fees. If you do not cancel your membership before fee changes are in place and continue to use the site, you have agreed to the new price.
Since it is impossible for us to track when removals are completed we will automatically add the success fee to your balance once a quote is accepted by the client. We understand that at times a client may change their mind and cancel their booking so we will allow refunds if claimed through the website. Refunds will not be permitted for removal jobs whose moving dates are older than 14 days.
If we suspect improper use of our refund system we reserve the right to cancel your service from our website at any time.
We allow you to have an unpaid balance of up to £30 until we restrict the services on your account. We cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to your service and recommend you check your balance regularly and keep it paid regularly.
Privacy Policy
FindRemovalCompanies.com is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
The information collected from you will be stored in our database and is purely used to carry out your instructions. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.
Clients who post their removal job to our site have the option to view and or remove any information they submit. Under no circumstances your contact information such as email addresses and phone number will be passed on to third party without your consent.
